The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) has introduced a new application fee for family immigration applications for children under the age of 18. The fee applies to both first-time applications and renewal applications.

The new fees are as follows:

• First-time application (children under 18): NOK 5,950
• Renewal application (children under 18): NOK 2,200

We recommend that applicants take this change into account when planning and submitting family immigration applications.
