NOK 350 limit to be abolished
As of 1 January 2020, the NOK 350 limit will be abolished for foodstuff, drinks and excise duty goods.

New application fee rates from January 2020
From 1 January 2020, the rates of fees that you have to pay the UDI when you apply will change.
New Norwegian Banknote Series
The new 1000-krone banknote was launched on 14 November 2019. This completes the new banknote series. You may still use the 1000-krone banknote from the previous series until 14 November 2020.
NRK TV License
The TV licence will cease as of 31 December 2019. From 1 January 2020, NRK will be financed from the state budget.
